There is a large grassy area that has recently been fenced, located between the N2 and Liesbeek Parkway. Various ideas are underway for adding some new vegetation to this park. This week, we will start right next to the park, at the northern end of it (right next to the N2).
Here we will be removing grass, trimming hedges and later on we will be planting out new plants that have been propagated for this space.
Join us this Sunday at 2pm
Bring any of the following that you might have:
- Sheers, cutters
- Spade
- Fork
- Gloves
- Bags for waste
Come anyway even if you don't have any of these. Enthusiasm is the only requirement.
