7 Feb: At third bench at 10 o'clock today. Looks like Forest Buzzurd. 

9 Feb: With kind input by Sabello we concluded it is in fact an immature African Goshawk! Thank you Sabello!

11 Feb: Had some feedback from Cape Bird Club and gleaned many photos on internet. Stays difficult to tell but at the moment my call is Forest Buzzard.
